Koontz building 313-unit multifamily project in New Braunfels
San Antonio-based Koontz Corp. is set to build its 14th multifamily property. The newest addition to the Koontz portfolio will be the Lakeview Villas Apartment Homes located in New Braunfels.
The project will be a 313-unit Class “A” community located at the intersection of Sundance Parkway and FM 306 – near The Villas at Sundance, a community built by Koontz Corporation in 2012. The property will be set on a 14.59–acre tract within the Sundance Park development near the Gruene Historic District, a popular tourist destination. Project costs were not available. Groundbreaking is scheduled for July with a March 2018 completion date.
